These are designed for multiple round grate sizes, including Weber, Big Green Egg, and others.
These come in either American-made 3/16” food grade 304 Stainless Steel or is 3/16″ American-made carbon steel plate. Stainless steel requires little to nothing. Carbon steel (what you think of as regular steel) will season and cook just like cast iron, but without being as fragile as cast. These come unseasoned. When they show up they will be silvery. For the carbon steel we recommend heating up in the grill and rubbing grape oil as part of the seasoning process. It will develop the dark brown/black patina after it’s been used several times.
